So if you are a fan of college track and field and scrambling for results from some of your favorite PA alumni, one of the best places to go for information is www.tfrrs.org. It's got a huge results network that you can look through to see who is doing what, and it usually lists the names of each runner on every relay that has been run so that is pretty sweet as well. I went on there today looking for an idea for a blog post and I decided, since I don't have any ideas for a blog post, I'll just list off some names of guys you hopefully recognize as PA alumni and tell you what they have been up to.
