From the video it was hard to tell but the Pennridge boys were all in the 1:58-1:57 range as far as I could see. Very evenly run group with the two back legs having to do all the work out front.

So if there are any more out there I'm still taking them if you want to drop them by. Also like I said before if anyone wants to talk about their state experience like in XC, feel free to message me about it and I'll post up what you have to say on here. I think that was a cool thing we did last time.
Quick question to ponder. Obviously Magaha ran the 4x4 anchor and ran a pretty solid split for a guy who probably has done very little training and is getting over mono, but will he be running the mile at Penn? Will Willig (haha never noticed that before, I wonder if he will name his kid Will, wow when did I become 6 years old) opt for the mile at Penn or the DMR? The DMR may be stacked if CBA and St. Benedict's (Ed Cheserek's team) choose to throw their hat into the ring for the second straight year. Cheserek and the CBA guys both also could mix it up for the win in the open mile or 3k or the 4x8 (not cheserek by himself in the 4x8, I mean CBA, but Cheserek by himself win in the girls 4x8, but moving on). PA usually mixes it up very well at Penn in some form or another. Brady Gehret highlighted a couple penn relays with his 45.7 and 46.1 splits at Penn. The Coatesville boys, the GFS boys, the UD boys and the CB South boys have all either won or been very close to the win in the DMR over the past 5 years. And in the 4x8 CB South, North Penn, Abington, CB West and countless other schools have all competed well for PA in the championship of America 4x8.
It will be interesting to see if PA can continue to get 4 or so teams into the COA at Penn. It's pretty impressive. But Haven, Pennridge, Penncrest, LaSalle and North Penn all definitely can do it. Not to mention all the other sleeper teams who may come on strong at the end to sneak in to the big dance.
In the open 3k, Wilson should definitely be a factor and maybe Hibbs' time will get him in if he gets lucky.
And in the mile I would think there is a good shot that Ned will toe the line, and perhaps Drew will be lined up with him, ready for a chance to become the first PA runner to win the mile at Penn in a very long time (I think since Spooner in 05 or so, so not like decades but a decent amount of time).
Get your popcorn ready.
Don't know if you heard/saw, but Magaha pretty much collapsed after finishing the 4x4. He was beat and they had to get one of the trainers over to help him out. Not sure how he's feeling and if he would be ready for the Penn Relays after seeing him on the infield after his race on Saturday.
