First Show continued: 3k field possibilities
Wouldn't really call this a sleeper video, because a lot of these guys can be contenders. But the field is huge and these are all guys currently outside of the top 5. One mistake is that Lavino 3200 for the CRN boys is in 3 weeks, not next week. Tony Russell was not discussed at length in the top 5 video, but we covered him during the DMR and Mile sections, so we didn't want to constantly discuss him.

I heard some injury updates on guys, and Shearn has some kind of injury and that Pondel has some IT band issues, not stress fracture, so he can turn around and hopefully makes it to an Edinboro meet to qualify for Tri-States
ReplyDeleteShearns dad posted on FB that he finished the last couple laps of Yale in serious pain in his left foot but they dont know if its a stress fracture or something else.
DeleteShearn definitely pulled off in the end, wasn't aggressive at all in race either. None the less he ran a solid time considering the pain he appeared to be in.
