On Flotrack there is a video of the 4x8 today at the armory where LaSalle took home a big win in 7:48 and Pennsbury ran a solid 7:59 relay and the race was announced by lasalle alumn jimmy stevenson! pretty cool stuff

That's what I got and my time was basically at the FAT time. Baically same as Etrain. I tried Pennsbury's splits, but I couldn't. Very impressive.
