  2. Pennsbury hasn't decided yet whether to run the DMR or 4x8 at states. They are obviously fast in the 4x8 but they ran a 10:49 mid December with Harriman abd Webb switched. If they switch back they gain about 16 seconds in the mile leg and they don't lose anything with Webbs time in the 12. Plus they had a distance runner in the 4 last time and they have dropped about 4 seconds in the 800 leg since then. Could be quick it they choose that race.

    1. I agree completely, I'd love to see them run that relay again, flat or banked. Mid to low 10:20's squad would be my guess. I think they should run it at NAT' or PennRelays. Only reason I think they'll choose 4x8 over DMR is the 4x8 field is pretty week, and they've got a good chance to win it, plus if they use a true 400 leg, it will hurt them in the 4x400. If they're trying to contend for a title, which I believe they can, then 4x800 is the best option for maximizing points.

  3. I totally agree with a lot of these picks. The sleepers are great as well. I wouldn't be surprised if almost all of the sleeper picks snagged medals in the DM considering the possibility of a lot of the top relays with guys doubling, or the possibility of a lot of them running the wide open 4x8. Going to be really interesting come states.
