First Show

Clearly Penntrack reads the blog and was trying to beat us to the punch by putting out a show this week. But that's quite alright, we plan to go through with filming later today so post up any questions/topics you want us to discuss as comments on this video and we will do our best to answer and discuss those things that you would like to know.

    I be happy if you just talked about weekend action, but if you did something like relay rankings and discussion, that would be cool too

      Let's say Henderson and LaSalle both go stacked DMR at states. Who wins? Also, as the season is getting closer to postseason, which teams do you see running which relay at states (4x8 vs DMR) (this is probably a question to hold off for later but it gets me thinking)?

      McCauley, Cather, or Huemmler will break 4:20 at Kevin Dare. Guarantee it.

    Henderson hasn't even qualified for states in the dmr yet! So I dont know how anyone can consider them a lock to win yet! Just Saying!

      Completely agree, I think even if they stacked it there are teams that can beat them besides LaSalle

      Noone has said Henderson is a lock to win. They could give LaSalle a run, but LaSalle is the big favorite. What's the chance that they don't even race each other in the DMR?

    DMR definitely. 4x800 since no one except Pennsbury has really thrown down an impressive one. Who will be actually on these relays (like Henderson's DMR, who do you think will be on this relay). The mile (don't forget about my boy Jack!) and 800 (everyone is saying up year, but by the results, I'm feeling like a down year from last year... and not just because of Ned/Magaha). What you think teams like LaSalle, Bensalem, Henderson, and O'Hara will run at States.

    what teams you think will qualify. highlight some sleeper picks in relays/open events that may be able to snag a medal at states.
