I redeemed myself after a pretty poor showing last year. Great job by all the participants, really fun year, hope we can do it again next year.

  1. My bad Jake. I got flat tired a half mile in and didn't push myself during the race, I'm not used to so many hills.

  2. Hey Jack Huemmler, you're like a really good runner! If penntrack is accurate, it says like you went from 4:59 as a freshman to 4:25 as a soph. Sorry that this seems stalkerish but can you talk about how you improved so much?

  3. I wouldn't really say I took running seriously until midway through last year. My only goal as a freshman was to break 5 and only did enough to achieve that.
