Throwing Some Stuff Out There

LaSalle passed on the 4x8 at the D12 meet, leading O'Hara to a solid win with a solid time. Bilotta didn't qualify for the 3200m, which makes him now a very capable 4x8 leg on a team with potential to make finals at states. Pitone and Savage take the auto bids in the 32 and Magee sneaks in as the 2nd auto bid the 1600 so he gets to go to states after all which is great news for LaSalle. Coyle takes care of business.

Jaskowak leads Grove City to an impressive 8 minute mark and also qualifies in the 32 and the 16. If he bails on the 32, Pondel gets in, a well deserved achievement after a solid 9:36 mark for the state medalist in XC. Ethan Louis the odd man out of this one unfortunately.

Big day for the District 2 boys. Hugely impressive runs by Ehret and Wilkinson (thought Burke had something like that in him too, but all the same impressive) all 3 gents under the SQS. Deluca had a solid race as well, it is a shame he missed the mark. Should be dangerous in cross. The other 3 as a group will all challenge for medals (Burke has potential to even pull out a win) in a very up for grabs looking 3200m. Also I feel for Alex Nole of Tunkhannock who just missed the 800m SQS. If they had 4th leg, they could have had a very good 4x8.
